Description

The lodge at the cemetery, built around 1865, is a small house featuring a cross-wing and designed in the Tudor Gothic style. It has a gable end facing the road, constructed of Gault brick with stone window dressings. The roof is covered with shaped tiles and includes a dentil eaves cornice and gable end parapets. There are two chimney stacks with shafts that are linked at the entablature. The building has two storeys, and the south front features one rectangular bay with three single lights set in two centred arches. There is also one single light with a pointed arch on the first floor, along with a recessed doorway.
