Abbey Garden GV II

Mid C19 estate cottage. Two storeys, symmetrical plan with rear wing. Gault brick; slate roofs with parapet gables, stone copings and finials. Dentil brick eaves cornice. Three stacks with tall diagonal shafts. Parapet gabled open porch with 4 centred moulded stone arch and one single light window with chamfered reveals and recessed panel above. Two flanking, 2-light casement windows with geometric patterned glazing bars and brick hood moulds.
