Description
No 7 Church Green is a single-storey estate office built around 1870. It features a symmetrical facade made of white gault brick, accented by red brick pilasters flanking two square stacks. The roof is shallow pitched and hipped, covered with slate and topped with red ridge tiles. Notable architectural details include a moulded brick dentil eave cornice, fluted key blocks, imposts, and gauged bricks that frame the round-headed window arches. The building has eight windows, which include decorated frosted glass and round-headed plain glass fanlights. The central doorway consists of double, half-glazed doors with frosted glass and a round-headed plain glass fanlight above. A pediment above the door features a red brick panel and the stone crest of the Fellowes family.
