Description
This is an 18th-century terrace of three buildings located on the west side of West Borough. The building is constructed of brick with stone quoins and details, and has a tiled roof hidden behind a parapet. Brick stacks are also present. The building is two storeys high with an attic.
The ground floor has been altered with modern shop fronts and a cinema entrance, but the brick arches and keystones of the original four windows remain. A stone platband runs at first-floor level. The first floor features five double-hung sash windows with glazing bars; the central window is surrounded by a classical stone frame. A moulded stone cornice sits at the base of the parapet. Two dormers with hipped roofs and casement windows light the attic space. The facade is considered worthy of restoration now that the cinema use has ceased.
