Description

The Goose House, located approximately 20 metres from Trenoweth Farmhouse, is likely a goose-house dating from the 18th century or early 19th century. It is constructed of granite rubble with granite dressings. The building has an oval-shaped chamber that is about 2 metres deep and is set into a corner of a field, bordered by two hedges. The chamber is covered with granite lintels and features a small doorway facing south. This structure can be compared to similar buildings found at Higher Spargo, Helland, Roscollas, and Eathorne Farm.
