House and adjoining service wing, now shop with accommodation over. Early C19. Painted Killas with brick arches; hipped asbestos slate roof with wide eaves carried on wooden brackets (house). Double-depth-plan house with shop at right-angles behind right-hand side. 2 storeys. House has symmetrical 3-bay 2-window range front: blind window above central round-arched doorway with 6-panel door with fielded panels and spoked fanlight; keyed flat arches over original 12-pane hornless sashes. Shop has 2-window-range front facing onto Malpas Road: original 12-pane hornless sashes; late C19 shop front with doorway on its left: terminal pilasters with consoles; moulded cornice over fascia. INTERIORS not inspected.
