Description
The building is a barn, steps, and an attached wall at Methleigh Farm, dating from the mid-19th century. It is constructed from killas and granite rubble with granite dressings, topped by a grouted slate hipped roof. The barn has a rectangular plan and is two storeys high, featuring a symmetrical two-window front facing the yard, as well as a similar front facing away from the yard. There are two-light unglazed and unshuttered windows. On the right-hand side, there is a leat channel situated between the end wall and the steps, along with two doors at each end, which include loading doors that are ledged. The interior has not been inspected.
