Description

This is a 19th-century mine chimney located at SX 185671 in St Neot. It is constructed from slatestone rubble and features a square plan that tapers towards the top, crowned with a stone cornice. At the base, there is a segmental-arched inspection hole. This chimney likely served the engine house at Wheal Mary.
