Description

A terrace of three cottages dating from the mid-19th century, situated on Fore Street in Lanteglos-by-Fowey. The cottages are constructed of rubblestone with flat brick arches above all openings. They have a scantle slate roof with gabled ends and brick stacks. Each cottage has a single-depth plan and a regular six-window front. Each cottage features a central panelled door flanked by two timber sash windows on the ground floor, and two similar timber sash windows to the first floor. All sashes are six-panes per sash, with exposed boxes. The interiors have not been inspected. The terrace is included on the list for group value.
