Farmhouse. Circa mid to late C19. Granite rubble, coursed granite front with dressed granite quoins, lintels and cills. Grouted scantle slate roof with gable ends. Red brick shafts to gable end stacks. Plan: Double depth plan. 2 principal front rooms with a central entrance passage leading to a stairwell at the back. The smaller back rooms are the service rooms. The single storey outshut on the left hand end has a stack at the front and is open-ended at the back. Exterior: 2-storeys. Symmetrical 3-bay front. Original C19 12-pane sashes with dressed granite lintels and cills. Central doorway with similar lintel and C20 glazed door and rectangular overlight. A single storey lean-to outshut on the left hand west end. The rear north elevation is asymmetrical with a tall 8-pane stair window at the centre. Two 12-pane sashes to the first floor and a 16-pane sash on the ground floor to right of centre; all original windows at the rear except for a late C19 or C20 2-light casement to left and 4-pane sash to right. All the rear windows have slate cills. Interior: Not inspected.
