Description

Gate piers and a gate, located about 18 metres north of the Vicarage, date from the mid-19th century. They are constructed of rubble and feature a wrought iron gate. The gate piers are square in plan, made of greenstone, and stand approximately 4 metres high. Each pier has a plain top and is topped with a granite ball finial. The single wrought iron gate includes horizontal rails with cross braces and central lead bosses, along with scrolled decoration on the top rail. The rubble wall is splayed back to the right and left, forming the northern boundary of the Vicarage garden.
