NORTH PETHERWIN BRAZACOTT SX 29 SE 4/90 Brazacott Cross and garden walls - to front

House and garden wall to front. Probably C17. Rendered stone rubble and cob. Steeply pitched asbestos slate roof with gable ends. Brick end stacks, the right hand stack projecting. Plan: 2-room and through passage plan; larger hall kitchen to right and smaller parlour to left, both heated by end stacks. Circa C18 service outshot to rear right and probably late C19 brick outshot to rear left. Exterior: 2 storeys. Not quite symmetrical 2-window front with C19 .2-light casements. Circa late C19 or C20 door to left of centre, flanked by C19 casements 2- light casements above. Stone rubble garden wall to front enclosing triangular garden. C19 iron gate. Interior: Not inspected. Internal partitions complete although the fireplaces and floor joists have been covered over in the C20.
