Description

Exchequer Quay consists of quay walls dating from the 17th and 18th centuries. The walls are made of vertically-set, slightly-battered rubble, topped with dressed granite copings. There are also some granite repairs and additions. This structure includes a promontory quay and the quay walls of the inner harbour, extending as far as the Anchor Warehouse.
