Description

Eastwood Farmhouse is an early 19th-century farmhouse located on Eastwood Road in Penryn. The building features a stucco front, while the rest is made of painted rubble, topped with a concrete tile roof. It has a double-depth plan and stands two storeys high with a symmetrical three-window front. The original sash windows include glazing bars, and there is a central doorway with a glazed door. At the rear, there are timber lintels, including a 17th-century ovolo-moulded oak lintel above a doorway, which may have been reused. The interior was not accessible during the survey.
