West Brendon Old Farmhouse 35 Metres To South East Of West Brendon Farmhouse

West Brendon Old Farmhouse, located 35 meters southeast of West Brendon Farmhouse, is a 17th-century farmhouse that is now used as a store. It is constructed of rubblestone and features a steeply pitched slate roof with gable ends and a gable projection on the front left. There is a large stone stack with a brick shaft on the right gable end and another stone stack with a brick shaft at the front left corner. The original plan has been significantly altered, and the building now consists of two rooms with a staircase located on the front right. An outshut has been added to the right corner. The farmhouse is two stories high and has an asymmetrical front with two windows. The ground floor includes a wide four-pane sash window on the left and a door on the right gable end, accessed from within the outshut and located to the left of the fireplace. The first floor features a 16-pane sash window beneath the gable and a 20th-century stair window to the right. Some stop-chamfered ceiling beams remain, although the roof timbers have been replaced.
