Description
The Pyke Monument is a headstone located in the churchyard about 6 metres east of the south aisle of the Church of St. Germanus. It dates from the late 18th century and is made of slate. The monument features a shouldered segmental head with a lined border, and it includes an admonitory verse and inscription dedicated to Ann Pyke, who passed away in 1781.
