Description

15 Tregony Hill is an 18th-century stucco building of an L-shaped plan, two storeys high, and featuring three windows in total. It has a projecting wing on the left side. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars, some of which are in exposed boxes. A slate roof covers a small, slated porch. The building is included on the list for its contribution to the wider group value of buildings in the area, alongside numbers 5 to 11 (odd) and 15 Tregony Hill, and number 5 River Terrace.
