Description

The Chalet is an early 19th-century building located on Tregony Hill in Mevagissey, adjacent to number 19. It is constructed of stone rubble with rusticated dressings on the ground floor and window dressings. The building is three storeys high and has one window, featuring sash windows with glazing bars. It has a cement-washed slate hipped roof and a brick chimney stack. The building is listed for group value, together with numbers 17 to 21 on the north side of the hill.
