Description

1 River Terrace is a building from the 18th or 19th century, located in Mevagissey. It is slate hung on the front and has three storeys with one window featuring sashes and glazing bars in exposed cases. The entrance includes a panelled door with a simple slate hood above it. There is a passageway and steps leading up to the first-floor door. The end wall is roughcast, and the roof is slate hipped and cement-washed. This building is included for its group value as it adjoins Nos 2 and 3 River Terrace and is part of a group with Nos 1 to 4 Elm Terrace and Nos 23, 25, and 33 Tregony Hill.
