Description

23 and 25 Tregony Hill are early 19th-century houses located on the north side of Tregony Hill in Mevagissey. The front is made of painted stone rubble and the buildings are two storeys high with six windows, although two of the first-floor windows are blocked. The windows are sashes with glazing bars. There is a large glazed porch at No 25, and both houses have slate hipped roofs. No 23 is cement-washed. These properties are included for their group value, as they form a group with Nos 1 to 3 River Terrace and Nos 1 to 4 Elm Terrace.
