Description

The property comprises two houses, numbered 17 and 19 Tregony Hill, built in the early 19th century. The construction incorporates rubble walls with a granite ashlar ground floor, topped by a hipped slate roof. The chimney stacks are made of brick, set into the end walls. The building features granite quoins and a moulded wooden eaves cornice. It stands three storeys high, plus an attic, and contains three windows, which are sash windows with glazing bars. Round-headed granite doorways are present, with a blind fanlight above the entrance to number 19. Two hipped roof dormers light the attic space. Numbers 17 to 21, which are odd-numbered properties, form a cohesive group.
