These are two early 19th-century buildings on Tregony Hill in Mevagissey. They are constructed of stone rubble with granite quoins. The buildings are three storeys high and have three windows facing onto Tregony Hill, with sash windows featuring glazing and segmental brick arches above. A central panelled door is topped with a plain rectangular fanlight. A doorway has been blocked on the left-hand side. The south elevation, which fronts the street, has two sash windows with glazing bars and red brick window dressings. The roof is slate and hipped. The buildings are listed for their group value alongside Nos 5 to 11 (odd) and 15, along with No 5 River Terrace.
