Description

This pair of early 19th-century buildings, numbers 10 and 12 Fore Street, are constructed of rubble with rusticated ashlar dressings. The buildings are four storeys high and feature three sash windows, which lack glazing bars. Number 10 incorporates a small 19th-century shop. Number 12 has a modern plate glass shop front set within a cement-rendered surround. The buildings are included in the listing for their group value, alongside Barclays Bank and numbers 6 to 12 (even) on Fore Street.
