Description

Barclays Bank Limited is an 18th-century building located on the east side of Fore Street in Mevagissey. It is constructed of painted brick and consists of three storeys. The façade features three sash windows with keystones and no glazing bars. There is a brick string course situated below the second-floor windows. The ground floor has a modern multi-pane window framed by fluted pilasters. The building is topped with an eaves cornice and a slate hipped roof. It is included for its group value with Nos 6 to 12 (even), which form a cohesive architectural group.
