Description

Nos. 2 and 3, River Terrace, are a pair of houses dating from the 19th century. They are constructed with a roughcast finish and extend to three storeys, featuring three windows each. The original sash windows have largely been replaced with metal frame windows, although they retain plain stucco architraves. The houses have glazed doors and a slate hipped roof. The buildings are included on the list for their group value, relating to Nos. 1 to 3 River Terrace, Nos. 1 to 4 Elm Terrace, and Nos. 23, 25, and 33 Tregony Hill.
