Description

35 Polkirt Hill is an early 19th-century building in Mevagissey. It is constructed from stone rubble with rusticated quoins and window dressings. The building is two storeys high and originally had three windows, with the central one now blocked. The windows are sashes with glazing bars. A central panelled and glazed door provides access. The roof is slate and has a gable end. The property is included on the listing for its contribution to the group value of numbers 27 to 35 (the odd numbers) on Polkirt Hill.
