Description

This is a small 18th-century house located on Polkirt Hill in Mevagissey. The house is stuccoed and stands two storeys high with an attic. It has two windows, which are sashes with glazing bars. The doorway features a heavy pediment and a glazed and panelled door set within a moulded wooden case. The roof is steeply pitched and covered with cement-washed slate, with a large 19th-century attic window within a slate-hung hipped dormer. Nos 27 to 35 (the odd numbers) form a group.
