Description

Magnolia House is an early 19th-century, two-storey building with an L-shaped layout, situated on the east side of Henfield High Street. The building has four windows. It is stuccoed, with the ground floor rusticated, and features an eaves bracket cornice. The roof is slate, and the original glazing bars remain intact. A round-headed, trellised wooden porch shelters the doorway, which incorporates a rectangular fanlight. A projecting wing extends to the south-west.
