Description

Challens is an 18th-century building located on the east side of Henfield Golden Square. It has two storeys and features two windows. The building is constructed of painted brick, with the south wall being tile-hung, and it has a slate roof. The glazing bars are intact. Notably, the south-west corner of the building has been sliced off to create a pathway for pedestrians, and the first floor above this area is supported on wooden columns.
