Description
Gate-piers and adjoining walling located about 150 meters east of Pengreep House date from the 18th century. The gate-piers are made of elvan ashlar with rubble used for the rest of the structure. Each pier is square in shape and is connected to curved walling. The piers feature a plinth, an ashlar shaft, necking, a moulded cornice, and stepped and ramped pyramidal caps topped with ball finials. The adjoining rubble walls are also curved and have squared copings. There is a later braced wooden gate.
