Description

PAUL TRESVENNACK SW 42 NW 5/21 Barn and adjoining outbuildings - immediately north-north-west of Tresvennack Farmhouse GV II

Barn and adjoining outbuildings. Circa early C19. Granite rubble with granite dressings. Grouted scantle slate roofs with gable ends. Plan: Overall L-shaped plan: a long rectangular barn with slightly later single storey cartshed and stables at right angles in front of the right-hand side. Exterior: 2 storey barn. Slightly irregular 3 window east front with original openings. Doorway slightly left of middle and first floor loading doorway on its left. Old ledged doors. Old windows with vertical glazing bars to the 2 ground floor openings and 6-pane fixed lights to first floor openings. There is a small ventilator window at far right. Single storey range has south front with wide doorway at far left, small window and 2 small doorways. Interior not inspected.
