Description

Vosporth Villa is an early to mid-19th century farmhouse, now a house. It is constructed of slatestone and elvan rubble with granite quoins and brick dressings, with some 20th-century alterations. The roof is slate, with crested ridge tiles and gable ends, and features gable end stacks with brick shafts. The building follows a double-depth plan, with a central entrance leading to a passage, and principal rooms to the front right and left, alongside rear service rooms.

The exterior is two storeys and symmetrical, with a three-window front. The first floor has three 16-pane sashes, each with a cambered brick arch. The ground floor features a central gabled and glazed porch with an inner panelled door, alongside a 12-pane sash window with a cambered brick arch on either side. There are three gabled dormers with 20th-century windows. The left end of the building is rendered and blank. The rear of the property and its interior have not been inspected.
