Description
This is a headstone commemorating Leonard Pearn, who died in 1767. It is located 15 metres to the north of the west of the west tower of the Church of St Werburgha. The headstone is made of rectangular slate and features inscriptions in upper and lower case lettering with serifs. It is also decorated with an angel's head and a verse.
