Description

Milestone dating from around the mid-19th century. It is made of painted dressed granite and features a pyramidal head. The shaft is triangular in shape and sits on a square base. The two inscribed sides rise from large pyramid stops, with incised inscriptions. The left-hand side reads: "REDRUTH 7 MILES," and the right-hand side reads: "HELSTON 3 MILES."
