Description
The building is an engine house with a detached chimney, dating from the late 19th century. It is constructed of granite rubble and brick and currently has no roof. The engine house has a rectangular plan, with the front gable end facing north and a bob wall at the south gable end. The chimney is located about 20 meters to the northwest of the engine house.
The engine house is three stories tall, featuring a doorway on the ground floor and window openings on the first and second floors. There is a bob opening at the rear. The chimney has a circular plan and tapers as it rises, with the upper section made of brick and a cornice at the base of the brickwork.
