Description
The Nanpean Cemetery War Memorial is constructed from granite stone and features a tall Celtic Cross set on a square plinth. Each side of the plinth has recessed slate panels. The slate panel on the south face of the plinth includes the inscription:
"TO THE GLORY OF GOD/ AND IN MEMORY OF OUR BROTHERS/ WHO GAVE THEIR LIVES FOR KING AND COUNTRY/ IN THE GREAT WAR/"
The names of those who fell are inscribed on the slate panels surrounding the plinth.
