House and walls to front. C18. Granite ashlar front. Scantle slate roof behind parapet and adjoining taller building on either side and shared tall brick chimneys. Plan: double-depth plan: 1 room at the front with entrance hall on the right leading presumably to stair hall. Exterior : 3 storeys. Regular 1 window south front with wide nearly central window openings and round-headed doorway on the right. Plinth, chamfered rusticated quoins, sill strings and cyma-moulded parapet cornice with blocking course over. C19 4-panel door, single pane semi-circular fanlight and horned sashes with sidelights. Interior not inspected.
