ST ERTH SW 53 SW 6/199 Tredrea Manor Cottage, including - front garden walls

II GV Service cottage to Tredrea Manor Farmhouse including front garden walls. Circa mid- late C19. Granite rubble with granite dressings. Scantle slate roof with brick chimneys over the gable ends. Cast-iron ogee gutters. Plan: Shallow double depth plan with 2 front rooms. Wider room (probably kitchen/living room) on the left, small parlour on the right, with cross passage leading to stair probably between 2 shallow service rooms; Exterior: 2-Storeys. Nearly symmetrical 3 window south south east front with doorway and window over slighty right of middle. Original panelled door with overlight and probably original 12-pane horned sashes. Interior: Not inspected. Granite rubble walls with vertically-set rubble copings to front garden walls. Entrance adjoining left of house with one square-on-plan granite monolithic pier with pyramidal head.
