Description

Tolgus Cot is an early to mid-19th century house located in Redruth, Cornwall. It is likely built on a rubble base with a white-painted rendered finish, and has a slurried slate roof. The house has a rectangular, double-depth plan and a symmetrical front elevation with three bays. The central doorway has a six-panel door and a shallow overlight. There are two windows at ground floor level and three above, all featuring unhorned twelve-pane sash windows with exposed boxes and plain reveals. The roof is hipped with side-wall chimneys. The interior has not been inspected.
