Description

Croft House is a mid-19th century house located in Warcop. It is built of rendered rubble stone, with rusticated quoins and a prominent sill band on a plinth. The roof is hipped and covered in graduated slates, with projecting eaves and corniced stone chimneys. The symmetrical two-storey, three-bay front features a central door recessed within a gabled porch of glazed wood, with a tripartite sash window on either side and three above. All windows have glazing bars and are set within stone surrounds.
