Description
This building, located approximately 30 metres north west of Capstan in St Levan, is likely a fisherman's store dating from the 18th century. It features granite rubble walls with roughly-hewn dressings and a scantle slate roof, which has granite coped gable ends and a hipped lean-to on the right side.
The original structure is rectangular, with later lean-tos added at both ends. The building is single storey, and the north east front showcases the original section in the middle, which includes a doorway with an oak lintel on the far left and a ventilator window towards the right. The lean-to on the left has a small window at the front, while the other lean-to features a doorway and a small window at the front, both with old ledged doors.
The interior has not been inspected.
