Description

ST LEVAN TREEN SW 32 SE 7/241 Ivey Farmhouse - GV II Farmhouse. C18. Granite ashlar front, otherwise dressed granite rubble and granite rubble. Wheat reed thatched roof sweeping lower at the rear. Original dressed granite chimney over the gable end and a C20 rebuilt chimney over rear wall of extension of the left. Plan: 1½ rooms deep plan. 2 rooms at the front probably with hall/kitchen on the right, parlour on the left flanking an entrance hall leading to stair between 2 shallower service rooms at the-rear. On the left is a later service wing. Exterior: 2 storeys. Nearly symmetrical 3 window south west front with doorway (left of middle) central to fenestration. C20 gable-ended porch, C20 4-pane 2-light casements in original C18 openings. Right-hand gable end and rear wall have older windows in original openings. Interior not inspected.
