8/171 Outbuilding 5 metres to east of Fradd's Meadow

GV II

Small outbuilding now used as store and garage. Circa early C19. Stone rubble and cob with large ashlar granite quoins. Rag slate roof with hipped ends. Plan: Rectangular overall plan with straight joint in centre on front elevation indicating either a part blocking of a doorway or an extension. The original use of this building is uncertain and there are now plank garage double doors in the front elevation on the right. Exterior: Small single storey outbuilding with plank garage double doors to right and small 2-light casement just below the eaves to the left. Interior: Not inspected. Forms part of unaltered group between Fradd's Meadow farmhouse (qv) to the left and outbuilding 15 metres to east of Fradd's Meadow (qv), directly to the east.
