Outbuilding 5 Metres To East Of Fradd'S Meadow

This small outbuilding, located 5 metres to the east of Fradd's Meadow in St Tudy, dates from the early 19th century. It is constructed of stone rubble and cob, featuring large ashlar granite quoins, and has a rag slate roof with hipped ends. The building has a rectangular overall plan, with a straight joint in the centre of the front elevation that suggests either a partially blocked doorway or an extension. Its original use is uncertain, but it currently serves as a store and garage, with plank garage double doors on the right side of the front elevation and a small 2-light casement window just below the eaves on the left. The interior has not been inspected. This outbuilding is part of an unaltered group that includes Fradd's Meadow farmhouse to the left and another outbuilding located 15 metres to the east.
