Description

This small outbuilding, located north of Manor Farmhouse, dates from the 19th century and includes fragments of decorative stonework from earlier buildings. It is a single-storey structure made of coursed rubble sandstone, featuring quoins and coped gables with moulded kneelers at the south-west end. The north-east end has a moulded ogee doorway set within a shallow arched opening, which leads to a stone stairway that descends to a cellar. There is also a plain doorway leading to a ground floor room. The building is listed for its group value with the nearby farmhouse.
