Description

This outbuilding, likely dating to the late 18th or early 19th century, is situated near Warbstow Trelash. It appears to incorporate earlier materials in its construction, utilising laced slate stone and quartz alongside cob and several pieces of reused dressed granite. The roof is slate-covered with hipped ends. The building has an overall rectangular plan, with the ground floor likely used as stables and the first floor as a granary. The asymmetrical front elevation features a central entrance with a reset rounded granite arch and plank door. There are two windows to the right and left of the entrance, each with reused dressed granite lintels. On the first floor, to the right of centre, are plank double doors. The interior has not been inspected.
