Description

The building is a pig house, now used as a store, located to the east of Pope's Cottages in Blisland. It dates from around 1833 and is likely contemporary with the cottages. The structure is made of stone rubble and features a rag slate roof with gable ends. It has a rectangular, single-cell plan with an entrance positioned to the right of the center. The building is low and single-storey, with a plank door also located to the right of the center. It is situated to the northeast of the village green.
