Description

LOSTWITHIEL GRENVILLE ROAD, Lostwithiel SX 15 NW 10/103 No 18 - GV II

House. Circa 1830 with few later alterations. Slatestone rubble with brick dressings, partly rendered. Hipped slate roof with ridge coping tiles and brick stacks to sides. 2-room plan with central entrance, each room heated by stack to side; 2-storey rear service wing to left. 2-storeys and 3 windows, first floor has 12-pane sashes in brick surrounds with brick voussoirs, ground floor has central recessed doorway with 4-panelled door with fanlight, brick basket-arched head over, 16-pane sash to right and left in similar surround. Deep eaves with brackets. Left side has 2-storey rear service wing, rendered; right side in rubble. Interior Not inspected.
