Description
No. 5 Sleaford Road is a house built around 1830. It is constructed of grey brick with ashlar dressings and features a slate roof, two tall gable stacks, and stone-coped gables.
The exterior has two storeys and a two-bay front, which includes a stone plinth, a first-floor sill band, a stone cornice, a parapet, and end pilasters. On the right side, there is a half-glazed panelled door that is covered by an open stone porch supported by two square columns and pilasters, along with a cornice and parapet. To the left of the door, there is a margin light sash window. The first floor has two similar windows, and all the windows are adorned with splayed stone lintels featuring fluted keystones.
The interior has not been inspected.
