Description

This is an early 19th-century town house located on Coinagehall Street, Helston. The front is faced with stucco on a timber frame, and the roof is covered in dry slate. A brick stack is positioned on the left side, and a cast-iron ogee gutter runs over the moulded eaves fascia. The house has a shallow-depth plan and is three storeys high, with a regular two-window front. The windows are likely original sashes, or replacements from the mid-to-late 19th century, with two panes per sash and no horns. The ground floor features a late 19th-century shop front with transoms, pilasters at each end, and double doors. The interior of the building has not been inspected.
