Description

Alverton Cottage dates from the 18th and 19th centuries. It is constructed of stucco with a hipped slate roof and has two storeys with six windows, each containing sash windows with glazing bars. The front elevation is irregular and features a porch with Doric columns, shallow elliptical arches, and a flat cornice.
